Affiliate Program Policy – Feera Fresh & Frozen
Welcome to the Feera Fresh & Frozen Affiliate Program.
By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility & Registration
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above with a valid bank account in Malaysia.
Affiliates must register using accurate personal information.
Only one account per individual is allowed. Duplicate or fake accounts are prohibited.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 5% commission on every successful and fully paid order made via their referral link or code.
Commission is calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping fees, discounts, and taxes).
Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for commission.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via affiliate links or coupon codes provided by Feera Fresh & Frozen.
Cookies are valid for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will be credited.
In the event of multiple affiliates referring the same customer, the last valid referral will receive the commission.
4. Payments & Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amount: RM200.
Withdrawal requests can be made via the affiliate dashboard.
Payments will be made via bank transfer only, to an account registered under the same name as the affiliate.
Payments are processed during office hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Affiliates are responsible for reporting their earnings and paying any applicable taxes.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
Misleading advertising or false claims about Feera Fresh & Frozen products.
Spam emails, automated bots, or unauthorized paid ads using Feera’s brand name.
Self-purchases through affiliate links to gain commission.
Using offensive, illegal, or unethical content to promote Feera Fresh & Frozen.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account, with commissions forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Feera Fresh & Frozen.
Unauthorized modification of logos, product images, or brand assets is prohibited.
Content created by affiliates must clearly represent Feera Fresh & Frozen without misleading customers.
7. Termination
Feera Fresh & Frozen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms.
Affiliates may also request termination of their account by contacting support.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions under the threshold may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Feera Fresh & Frozen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
We make no guarantee regarding potential earnings. Affiliates understand that commission depends on actual sales generated.
9. Policy Updates
Feera Fresh & Frozen reserves the right to update or modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time.
Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard announcements. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
